ASSET CENTRAL® was born out of a need, identified by JNJ Group Services, for clients to consolidate data pertaining to either a single service category or to assemble their entire business services assets and job knowledge base.
In this way, together, we are more able to efficiently and effectively track and manage operations. Business categories can include electrics, plumbing, gas, mechanical and other building services.
The system is hosted by JNJ Group Services on its own platform providing customers with a dynamic, living repository of the complete, current knowledge base of all fixtures and fittings for faster, improved job retrieval and control, for both servicing and management applications. It makes working with external occupiers, partners, contractors and other trades and authorities far more time efficient with fast information assembly, by all parties, protected by highly defined secure access.
